It provides many features products including Droplets, which are cloud servers where you can create VPS websites.

Plans Comparison
The three plans are Regular plan types with General SSD disks and they do not support a 1-click WordPress install.
If you want to let Vultr or DigitalOcean automatically Install WordPress on your server while creating the server, you need to choose another plan with more resources.
Otherwise, you need to download WordPress resource files and install them manually.

Vultr $2.50 Plan:
This plan costs $2.50 per month and offers a server with 1 CPU, 500 MB RAM, 500 GB Bandwidth, and 10 GB SSD storage space.
This plan does not support IPv4 IP addresses, it only supports IPv6. You will have to deal with IPv6 or purchase an IPv4 for the server later. Read Differences between IPv4 and IPv6.
Vultr $2.50 plan is only available in Atlanta and New Your datacenters right now.
Vultr $3.50 Plan:
This plan costs $3.50 per month and offers a server with 1 CPU, 500 MB RAM, 500 GB Bandwidth, and 10 GB SSD storage space.
Vultr $2.50 plan is only available in Atlanta and New Your datacenters right now.
DigitalOcean $4 Plan:
This plan costs $3.50 per month and offers a server with 1 CPU, 500 MB RAM, 500 GB Bandwidth, and 10 GB SSD storage space.
DigitalOcean $4 plan is only available in New Your, Frankfurt, and Sydney datacenters right now.

If you know how to work with IPv6 and you want a small server, go with the Vutlr $2.50 plan.
If you want to work with a small server but have IPv4, Vultr $3.50 and DigitalOcean $4.00 are no big differences.
But if you want to skip the manual WordPress installation hassle and want a server with double resources, Vultr’s $5/month plan is the best choice for you.
